Shipping

No, currently we only ship within the United States.

We're committed to providing affordable shipping options for our customers. However, orders shipping to Hawaii do not qualify for our free flat-rate or free shipping offers. This is because shipping to Hawaii can be more expensive due to the distance and additional fees.To ensure that you receive the best possible shipping rates, shipping prices for Hawaii orders will vary depending on the weight of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that we will work to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

If you have any questions about our shipping policy or would like to inquire about expedited shipping options, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

$4.20 flat-rate for anywhere in the U.S. when your order is less than $24.99.

If your order is $24.99 or more, then your order qualifies for free shipping. You'll also have the option for faster shipping at checkout.

The shipping carrier is determined according to the package size and the value of the products being shipped. It may be shipped via USPS or UPS.

There are some occasions where a pre-selected shipping method cannot be altered due to the type of product it is.

You'll receive a confirmation when the order ships along with a tracking number.

Transit times are determined by the carrier. We are unable to provide exact days as to when an order will be delivered.

We understand that sometimes you need your order delivered quickly. That's why we offer an expedited shipping option that will get your package to you within 2-4 business days.

Please note that the 2-4 day timeframe window begins once USPS receives the package from us. While we do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is in USPS's hands.

If the delivery timeframe is past the 4 business days please reach out to us. We will gladly issue a refund for the shipping fee.

Nope, all orders ship in a plain box with the return address on the label with no references whatsoever of what you are purchasing.

Since many of the products we offer are meant for adults and are to be used for tobacco and legal herbs only, states have different laws for the legal age, and we must comply with them to deliver your order.

We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion due to security concerns.

We're most likely working on your order as you read this, seriously. We always try to get orders placed before 12:00 PM EST out on the same day. However, exclusions may apply to the timeframe.

Since we are closed on weekends, all orders placed over the weekend and received late Friday afternoon will not be shipped out until the following business day.

If the order has not been shipped yet, it's going to show as pending, and it will be shipped out very soon.

Please be patient as the tracking information we send you can take up to 24 hours to be processed by the carrier.

Please give it some time if you JUST received your tracking number and check back again in the morning.

Seldomly, at busy times, tracking can sometimes be delayed and also less accurate, but rest assured as the package is surely making its way over to you.

If your package appears to be stuck in transit or pending acceptance, please sign up for updates on your package by tracking via the USPS site and selecting "Text & Email Updates".

You're kidding, right? Make sure to email us immediately after you realized that you gave us the wrong shipping address so we can change it before your order ships. Please email support@esdofficial.com.

If the order has not left the warehouse then we may be able to change the address. However, if we're unable to, then it will be up to you to recover the package. We will not issue any form of reimbursement for incorrect address provided.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you to ship out your order again. You will be responsible for paying a shipping fee ($4.20) in order to mail out your order again.

In the case you do not want the order again, a refund will be issued, deducting the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

ESD guarantees that you'll LOVEEEEE (yes with 5 E's) every product that WEmake. If there's a product that you do not LOVEEEEE, please let us know so we can either replace it or refund you. We stand by the products we make with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. (ESD Products only)

However, many of the products sold on our website are not made by us. Thus, we are not able to offer some next level-awesome guarantees for those. We will only accept returns on products that have been unopened and unused.

At ESD, we strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately. However, in the event that you receive an incorrect item, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Notification: Upon receiving an incorrect item, please notify us within7 days of delivery via email to: support@esdofficial.com
2. Evaluation of Circumstances: Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the best course of action. Factors considered will include the nature of the item, its condition, and the specifics of the error.
3. Issuance of Return Label: In most circumstances, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send back the incorrect item.
4. Return of Incorrect Item:Before a replacement can be sent, the incorrect item must be returned to us in its original condition. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Dispatch of Correct Item: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will then proceed to dispatch the correct product. The time frame for receiving the replacement will be communicated to you.
6. No Advance Replacements: Please note that under no circumstances will a replacement item be shipped before we receive the incorrect item back. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and efficiency in our operations.

Did your order arrive, and something was broken? Please email us at support@esdofficial.com, and send us a photo of the broken product and let us know what it was. We will reach back out to you asap.

If you buy an ESD Branded product and you're not completely satisfied, we'll take it back, and we'll pay the return shipping or issue you a replacement free of charge.

On all other products that are not made by us, you are able to initiate a return on any UNUSED, UNOPENED item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds cannot be made to any other form of payment aside from the one that was used at the time of purchase.

You can choose to send the items back using your preferred carrier. Please notify us of any incoming shipments to support@esdofficial.com.

If you prefer to use a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your overall refund.

If you return an item that has been used, we will not issue a refund, and we will not be able to return the item to you.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
